SSM – Is it worth it?

Just a quick update here… thought still is, would I investigate SSM or Socio Technical aspects of web technology and how web technology is introduced into organisations? I think that this would definitely be an interesting avenue and allow me to look at the technology from yet another viewpoint… which must do me some good. The blundering question still is how this is all going to fit into a dissertation. Hopefully I will go and talk about this with a supervisor at LSBU soon as struggling is definitely a word I can relate to at the moment and I need to get a research proposal completed anytime soon.
